This Refund Policy applies to Capslove AI. All purchases, subscriptions, payments, refunds, and chargebacks are processed exclusively by LemonSqueezy, which acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all transactions.

Refunds and Cancellations

All refunds, cancellations, disputes, and chargebacks are handled solely by LemonSqueezy in accordance with their official refund and buyer protection policies. Capslove AI does not directly issue refunds under any circumstances.

Refund requests are typically subject to LemonSqueezy's standard refund window and eligibility rules. Requests outside of the applicable window may be denied unless required by law.

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund or cancel your subscription, please use the instructions provided in your LemonSqueezy receipt email or access the LemonSqueezy customer portal using your purchase details. You will be required to provide your order ID and the email address used during checkout.
