Capslove AI is the product name and brand under which this software service is provided. All financial transactions related to this service are handled exclusively by LemonSqueezy as the Merchant of Record.
Capslove AI provides AI-powered caption generation, video transcription, and related media processing tools.
You must be at least 13 years old to use this service. By using the service, you confirm that you meet this requirement.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
You agree not to misuse the service, attempt to reverse-engineer the system, abuse platform resources, or use the service for any unlawful purpose.
LemonSqueezy acts as the Merchant of Record (MoR) for all transactions. This means all payments, taxes, invoicing, chargebacks, and billing compliance are handled entirely by LemonSqueezy. Capslove AI does not store, process, or have access to any card or banking information.
Refunds are governed by LemonSqueezy's refund policy and approval process. Any refund requests are subject to their final decision.
All software, branding, system design, and platform architecture belong to Capslove AI. You retain full ownership of all content and videos that you upload to the platform.
Access to the service may be suspended or terminated without notice if these Terms are violated or if the service is misused.
The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Capslove AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the service.
